Refunds

We will refund 100% of the money if we fail to start completing the service. Also, we will refund 100% of the money if the Customer asks for a refund before the order is in process. After we give the order to our employees for processing, we can only provide a partial refund (for example u bought 10x runs for m+ dungeon and paid 100 usd, you wanted to refun when u completed 3 runs with our team, partial refund will be ~70 usd minus transaction fees.

Refunds will be made to the same bank card or payment method you used.
